Overview

The Milesburg Borough Water Authority was formed in 1998.  It consists of a five member board appointed by Milesburg Borough.  Each member serves a five year term and may succeed themselves.  Our water source is an allocation from the Bellefonte Big Spring supplied through a 16 inch, gravity fed line.  A chlorination / pump station, approximately 12 miles of pipeline and a 400,000+ gallon storage tank provides service to a customer base of 800+ located within Milesburg Borough and Boggs Township.
